Upon acceptance as an authorized reseller for Caps and Company, you are bound by the terms outlined in the Wholesale Policy, including the following:

1. Caps & Company products must not be sold under any other brand name.

2. Reselling Caps & Company products is permitted only with the inclusion of Caps & Company branded labels and in their original packaging.

3. You commit to exclusively selling products that are non-damaged, non-expired, and remain unopened or unused.

4. Sales are restricted to your website and/or brick-and-mortar store or market stand (e.g., farmer's markets).

5. Reselling on open online marketplaces, such as Amazon.com, Etsy.com, ebay.com, Walmart.com, and Google Shopping, is strictly prohibited.

6. Violating the terms of the Wholesale Policy may result in the cancellation of your account.
