Subscriptions

 

 

Shipments:

Your subscription will automatically renew, and upon the order's departure from our warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note: Subscription orders will consistently use the same carrier and delivery speed selected during the subscription setup.

Subscription Discounts:

  • Promo Codes: If you applied a promo code to your initial subscription order, it applies solely to the first shipment.

  • Bulk Discounts: If your subscription includes a bulk discount (e.g., sterile substrates), you'll receive an initial 15% off for selecting the subscription option, followed by an additional percentage off the new lower amount for the bulk order. This is applicable only to the first shipment.

 

To Skip Shipments:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Edit Future Order."

  4. Make the necessary changes and click "Save Changes."

To Pause Subscription:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Next order."

  4. Choose "Pause future orders" and click "Save Changes."

Note: If there's an existing order in the queue, contact customer service to cancel it.

 

To Get Orders Sooner:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Order No

  4. w."

Please note: This will modify the ship date for all future orders tied to this subscription.

To Change Frequency:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Change Frequency" (located under the Order Frequency header).

  4. Choose the new frequency from the drop-down menu and click "Save."

 

To Swap Out a Product:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Products in My Shipment."

  4. Choose "Swap Product" and select a different item.

Note: For multiple subscriptions, find these options under "Show Details" at the bottom of the subscription box.

To Change Payment:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Payment Information."

  4. Choose "Change Payment Information."

Note: For multiple subscriptions, find these options under "Show Details" at the bottom of the subscription box.

To Change Address:

  1. Log into your Caps & Company account.

  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Click on "Address and Shipping Information."

  4. Choose "Edit," make the necessary changes, and click "Save Changes."

Note: For multiple subscriptions, find these options under "Show Details" at the bottom of the subscription box.

To Cancel Subscription:

To cancel your subscription, send an email to inquiries@capsandcompany.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. Please note that if you cancel within 7 days of auto-renewal, the cancellation will apply to the subsequent shipment.
