Replacement Policy

We strive for satisfaction with every Caps & Company product and assure free replacements

or store credit within 30 days of receipt for any product that arrives damaged, contaminated, unusable, or fails to grow.* (Refer below for replacement requirements, specific conditions, and access to the replacement request form.)

*Note: If you encounter a growth issue after the initial 30 days, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

Replacement Criteria 

To request a replacement, you only need to meet four criteria:

  1. Submit the request within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Provide proof of purchase from capsandcompany.com (order number or receipt).

  3. Include a photo or video documenting the issue.

  4. Ensure the product does not fall under the "special conditions" mentioned below.

  1. Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, neglect, or accidents.

  2. Reasons unrelated to product integrity or performance (e.g., disliked flavor, color).

  3. Factors beyond our control (e.g., size of flush, speed of flush).

  4. Products not acquired from Capsandcompany.com

  5. Instances of past habitual abuse of our Replacement Policy.
